Life With Herpes Podcast

Welcome to today’s episode on Life With Herpes. Today I am recording this episode from Versailles, France. Yep, I took a girls trip to France and it is AMAZING. Even though I got an outbreak and an annoying cold. If you watch this on Youtube then you will see what is around me, if you are just listening then I try to do my best to describe what is going on around me.

"Listening to your bodies cues when traveling is key" - Alexandra Harbushka

Anyway, today I share how I prepped my body to travel across the world and how it still went into shock and I got an outbreak.  There are some key reasons why our bodies go into shock when we travel. I hope you enjoy today’s episode and get into the Parisian mode.
